The Cookbook

I believe cooking can be self-taught, it does not have to be passed down. Like any art, it is a reflection of the body and the soul and has the malleability to represent the cultural complexities of the self. The Adoptee Cookbook is a compilation of all current ‘recipes’ that adoptees have submitted. Feel free to swipe through the book to see each piece below. Read about how each piece was created and the cook behind it below. Inspired? Submit to the Cookbook here

The Cooks

Each cook/artist created a recipe that they felt best represented their identity. Feel free to click on their profile for more info.
